Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
To process your refund, email email@example.com your refund request with the following information:
- Contact information (name, phone number, email address)
- Item Purchased.
- Place of Purchase (Website, Amazon, etc.)
- Order Number
- Reason for Refund Request
Refunds are processed within 2 to 5 days and will be re-credited to the original method of payment.
If an item is defective or was damaged in transit we’ll get it replaced ASAP. Just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and be sure to include your Order Number in the email subject line.
